It was a fantastic call with over 1,500 people in attendance.

The basis of the call was new research that is increasingly being published delineating the role of wheat, carbs and sugar contributing to dementia and Alzheimer's.

Elevated glucose and  insulin levels in the brain are now being identified as key factors in the development of these degenerative conditions: in fact, more and more Health Care Professionals are now referring to Alzeimer's as
Type III Diabetes.
