Not all gluten is bad for you: it's just the BAD gluten that is bad for you!
Most people - and many Doctors - still do not understand some of the issues related to gluten...
For instance, did you know that if you eat barley or rye as an alternative to wheat that you can face the same issues?
Recently I had an opportunity to have a discussion with Dr. Tom O'Bryan - a world renowned expert on gluten and health.
I have spent quite a bit of time reviewing some of the information on Dr. O'Bryan's website - and I learned a lot more about gluten that I was not aware of...
It is a great website to check out...
For instance: did you know that now that we have more sensitive lab testing for detecting peoples' sensitivity to gluten and that up to 60 % of the population may be reactive to gluten?
The problem is your immune system may be reacting to gluten without you having any symptoms for many years...
And then all of a sudden you can develop an autoimmune disease like MS, rheumatoid arthritis, or conditions like fibromyalgia, dementia etc. in which there is - of course - a huge inflammation component.
And I am not suggesting that there are not other factors that may cause these devastating health conditions...
BUT OF COURSE THE BEST CURE FOR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES IS PREVENTION...
Here is a great recorded call with Dr. Tom O'Bryan discussing some of these issues related to gluten...
Gluten isn't bad for you - Bad Gluten Is Bad For You!
Were you on the March 7, 2013 call with Sean Sieracki of the Whole Body Learning Cener. Sean admits that he wasn't a big fan of gluten issues ~ Dr. O'Bryan opened his eyes to research and learning more. In this interview, Dr. O'Bryan starts with the basics;
If you want to take some easy steps to help to avoid the development of some of these nasty diseases, addressing the gluten issue in your diet is a good start - as well as taking a good (natural) anti-inflammatory supplement on a daily basis is a good choice.
Our company, Ra Botanicals has available a good one: RaPain Pro: and it includes a particular patented nutraceutical version of an Asian medicinal plant that has been proven to have a significant impact on autoimmune diseases such as MS and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
(I wish I could say more about how effective this particular ingredient is, however the FDA has specific regulations relating to this...)
It also contains the most potent form of curcumin currently available on the market:
I know because I researched all of them for over a year before selecting this particular ingredient...
Our new corporate website is now active:
We currently have an introductory special on such that you can purchase any of our great products for half price...
